ACCOMODATIONS:

Our Getaway Home is three bedrooms and 2 baths and will accommodate 5 persons.  The master bedroom has a king size bed with a large walk-in closet and a private bath.  One guest bedroom has a full bed and the other a twin bed.  The tub/shower guest bath is close to both.

The Getaway will accommodate ADULTS ONLY.  PLEASE, NO SMOKING, NO PETS.  We do recommend (NAME OF KENNEL) for pet boarding.

RESERVATIONS:

Reservations may be made by phoning 830-367-7826 or by email. A 25% security deposit of the total rental fee will be required to hold your reservation.  The fee may be held up to a week in order to inspect property for damages.

Balance of the rental is due on or before your arrival.  We accept cash, money orders or personal checks.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Reservations for less than one month must be cancelled and confirmed 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival in order to receive a refund of security deposit.

Reservations for more than one month must be cancelled and confirmed 30 days prior to scheduled arrival in order to receive a refund of security deposit.

Reservations cancelled due to hurricane or other uncontrollable problems are not subject to terms above.

Reservations made less than 72 hours prior to your actual check-in will require full payment at the time the reservation is made.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:

Check-in by noon.  Check-out by noon. Times can be flexible if we are notified.

OCCUPANCY AND HOUSEKEEPING:

In the event of damages or extra cleaning required, additional charges may be applied.  Departure maid service is included in your rent.  Please place all trash in receptacle in garage and lock all doors and windows.  Keys may be left in the home on the dining table.

LINENS AND SUPPLIES:

All bed linens and bath towels are provided along with basic kitchenware and utensils.  An initial supply of soap, toilet paper and paper towels are provided.
